The most difficult part of the audio visual process is the installation of electronics and wiring and doing it neatly, without ugly wires being visible-something that we pride ourselves in doing.

We are the agents for Yamaha, Marantz, Cambridge Audio, Harmon Kardon , Integra and Arcam electronics, B&W, Monitor Audio, Kef, and Energy speakers to name a few. We also offer a range of multi-room audio products such as Speakercraft and Channelplus from the USA that have keypads to control your sound and video from any room in the house. Our brand of choice for home automation is RTi also from the USA, which is firstly very stable, easy to use and the programmer wont be in your house for 6 months programming it as it !!

The audio visual process normally goes as follows: first meet with the client to ascertain their requirements, and then once we have a brief we do a conduit layout on Autocad indicating the correct gauge conduit and wiring protocol. This is then supplied to the Architect who will in turn instruct the electrician to supply & fit the required structured wiring conduit. We then do site inspections to check the actual conduits before we finally pull all necessary speaker, data and power cables. Certain cables can not run in the same conduit due to electrical interference, therefore this part of the design stage is crucial for the project to end well and to keep the client happy. It is amazing how much priority the client places on his sound and TV picture quality! Once the wiring has been done then the electronics and speakers are fitted when the house is secure and lockable. Once the client has moved in we go through the operation of the system with them and ensure they understand how to operate every aspect of it.

We have successfully completed projects in some of South Africa's top homes , radio stations, shopping centres, Hotels and boardrooms which often entail over a 2-3 years of project management per project.
